Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of publicationhub.com.ng and to services provided by Acheneje Godwin Onuche trading as Acheneje Research & Publication Hub (“I”, “me”, “my”). By using this website or my services, you agree to these terms.

1. My services

I provide academic writing mentorship, editing and proofreading, journal selection and submission support, help responding to reviewers, mathematical modeling and data analysis support, LaTeX typesetting, thesis coaching, non-scientific writing support, and training. The scope, price and timeline of each project are agreed with you before work begins.

2. Academic integrity

• My work is mentorship, editing, coaching and technical support. I do not write papers, theses or assignments for clients to submit as their own.
• You remain the author of your work and are responsible for its originality, accuracy and the integrity of your data.
• You are responsible for following the rules of your institution and target journal, including rules on authorship, acknowledgements and the use of editing services.
• I may decline or stop any request that I believe would breach academic integrity or research ethics.

3. No guarantee of publication

Acceptance decisions are made solely by journal editors and reviewers. I do not and cannot guarantee that any manuscript will be accepted, published, or published by a particular date.

4. Quotes and payment

• Each project receives a written quote (by WhatsApp or email) stating the service, price and expected timeline.
• Unless the quote says otherwise, payment (or an agreed deposit) is due before work begins, with any balance due before final delivery.
• Payments are made by bank transfer, Paystack or PayPal, using only the payment details I send you directly.
• Journal fees (such as article processing charges) are separate and paid by you directly to the journal.

5. Revisions, cancellations and refunds

• Reasonable revisions within the agreed scope are included. Work outside the original scope may need a new quote.
• If you cancel before work begins, I will refund your payment. If you cancel after work has begun, I may keep a fair amount for the work already done.
• Refunds are not given because a journal rejects a manuscript, as acceptance is outside my control.

6. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information, complete files and realistic deadlines.
• Review my suggestions and make the final decisions about your own work.
• Share only materials you have the right to share.

7. Confidentiality and ownership

Your work remains your property. I keep your materials confidential as described in the Privacy Policy. The content of this website (text, logo and design) belongs to Acheneje Research & Publication Hub and may not be copied without permission.

8. Limitation of liability

I provide my services with care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, I am not liable for indirect losses, such as missed deadlines caused by journals or institutions, or decisions made by editors, reviewers or examiners. My total liability for any project is limited to the amount you paid for that project.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
