Frequently Asked Questions

It depends on the service and the length of your work. Typical turnaround times are:

• Editing & proofreading: 3–7 days
• Response to reviewers: 3–5 days
• LaTeX typesetting: 2–5 days
• Mentorship and thesis coaching: a timeline we agree together

Urgent deadlines can often be accommodated — just tell me your deadline when you get in touch.

No. I provide mentorship, editing, coaching and technical support — you remain the author of your work. This respects academic integrity, journal authorship rules and your institution’s policies, and it means you understand and can defend every part of your paper.

No honest mentor or editor can guarantee acceptance — that decision belongs to the journal’s editors and reviewers. Be careful of anyone who promises guaranteed publication. What I can do is help you strengthen your manuscript, target a suitable journal and respond well to reviewers, so your paper has its best possible chance.

After our free consultation, I send you a quote with payment details. You can pay by:

• Bank transfer (Nigeria) to United Bank for Africa (UBA) — Acheneje Godwin Onuche. The account number is included with your quote.
• Card payment through a secure payment link (Paystack).
• PayPal for international clients.

Please only pay to the account details I send you directly from my official WhatsApp number or email.

The right journal depends on your topic, the strength of your results, your timeline and your budget. I help you shortlist reputable journals — usually Scopus-indexed — whose scope matches your work, and check their indexing, publication fees and review times. I also help you spot and avoid predatory journals that charge fees without proper peer review.

Yes. Your manuscripts, data, results and ideas are kept strictly confidential. I never share, reuse or publish your work, and I do not mention clients by name without their permission. See the Privacy Policy for details.

Yes. All services are delivered online, so I work with researchers in Nigeria and worldwide. Editing, proofreading, journal selection and writing mentorship are suitable for most fields. My specialist technical support is in mathematical modeling, infectious disease dynamics, optimal control, fractional calculus and numerical simulation.

Every project is different, so I give a personalised quote based on the service, the length of your document and your deadline. The first consultation is free — send me a message on WhatsApp to get started.
